It wasn’t until 2017 that I realized I may have a sensitivity to dairy and cut it from my diet for 2 weeks to see how I felt! No bloating, no stomach cramps, no awkward and uncomfortable gas all from cutting out dairy. This year, I’ve cut it out again in full because one of my sons who is breastfed, does not tolerate the cows milk protein that comes through in the milk I produce. He would spit up a ridiculous amount, so now I do things differently to give his tummy and mine an easier time! You will find lots of dairy-free recipes from me for adults and kiddos so stay tuned! I’m always down to create less work for myself when it comes to cooking and cleaning. A one pan dish is always in my weekly meal plan.
